How does shipping work at Flamenco Fashion
How do I get my package?
You can choose between two options how your package should be delivered to you:
• Standard shipping
Shipping and delivery are carried out with the Austrian Post.
• Pickup (only for purchases within Austria)
Pick-up address: Billrothstraße 12/1/26 in 1190 Vienna (Austria)
Pick-up time: must be agreed in advance by email (info@flamenco-fashion.at) or by Whatsapp (+43 (0) 664 3484768).
Do I have to pay anything? Standard shipping costs 5.95 euros. This fee does not apply to the pickup option.
How long does it take until I get my order delivered?
• Standard shipping
You will usually receive your package within 5-7 working days (7-10 working days for international deliveries) after receipt of payment. Delivery takes place regularly Monday to Friday.
For tailor-made items, depending on the brand, it takes 4-6 weeks (during special seasons such as Christmas, Feria de Abril, summer, ... it takes about 8 weeks to produce) until the items are ready for dispatch.
• Pickup (only for orders in Austria)
As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will contact you and arrange a collection date with you. As a rule, items can be picked up Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
